What does my team need to run Onla?
A browser. Onla Host runs on an iPad at the door or on any laptop, and every screen updates live.
What if the internet drops?
Onla Host says it’s offline and keeps showing the book as it last had it, with the time. Changes go through again once you’re back online.
Can we move a guest to another table?
Yes. Change the table, party size, notes or requests. Before they’re seated, you can also change the date and time.
When can we mark a no-show?
After the grace period you set: 15 minutes unless you change it. Onla waits five seconds, with Undo, before it’s recorded.
