Do I need WhatsApp?
Yes. Onla confirms your number with a code on WhatsApp, and your booking’s messages arrive there.
Do I need an account?
You confirm your phone number once, with a code on WhatsApp. Then your bookings stay in the app. Each one has its own link to change or cancel it.
What if a message doesn’t arrive?
The restaurant sees it wasn’t delivered, and it goes to their work queue so the team can follow up.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes. Use the link in your confirmation to change the day, the time or the number of guests, or to cancel. You can do it any time before the booking starts.
