Know every guest who comes back.
Every booking adds to the guest’s record: visits, no-shows, tags, allergies and your team’s notes. It belongs to your restaurant.

Bring your list. Take it with you.
Upload a spreadsheet (CSV) and see what every row will do before anything is saved. Export the whole book whenever you like.
Consent, per channel, with where it came from.
Whether a guest agreed to hear from you by WhatsApp, SMS or email, and when. Booking messages never need it.
Export or delete, when a guest asks.
Download a guest’s data as a file, or delete it from every restaurant in your organization.
What people ask us first.
Anything else? Write to us. hello@onla.ai
Who owns the guest data?
The restaurant. Each restaurant owns its guest list and can download it any time. A guest can ask for a copy of their data or have it deleted.
Can we bring our guest list?
Yes, as a CSV spreadsheet. You see what every row will do before anything is imported. An import never removes a guest’s opt-out.
Do our restaurants share one guest book?
Guest records belong to your organization, not to one restaurant. The team at each restaurant sees the guests who booked there.
Do guests have to agree to booking messages?
No. Booking messages need no consent. Marketing consent is kept per channel, and nothing is ticked unless the guest agreed.
